Individual
high performance cars with state of the art technology and topical design are the
specialty of Hamann Motorsport. Owner
and founder of the company is Richard Hamann, who invests his know how from more than 20
years in motorsports into sportive tuning for street cars. His career as a professional
racing driver includes many highlights like three times Champion of the German Special
Touring Car Trophy with a BMW M1 and races in Group C, DTM and Formula 3. In 1986 the
enterprise started customizing BMW cars. Elegant and dynamic design determines the aerodynamics-kits
of the tuner and tried and tested suspension solutions supply safe and sporty handling.
For some time now, Hamann Motorsport don't restrict their selves anymore to the sole
tuning of BMW automobiles. In 1994 there has been started a new line with the tuning
version of the Ferrari F40 which was consequently continued at the IAA 1995 in Frankfurt
with the launch of a wide body version and engine tuning for the F512M. |
